Digitex uses Microsoft Teams Phone for outbound and inbound voice communications. Calls may be recorded for quality assurance and training purposes. Caller ID & Number Usage
Outbound calls and SMS messages from Digitex will display our registered business phone number. We do not use shared short codes. Our phone number is used exclusively for legitimate business communications and will never be used for unsolicited marketing without your consent.
